Some of us see a glass half full and some of us a glass half...

Some of us see a glass half full and some of us a glass half empty. To me it seems a relatively positive announcement. There is a reasonable prospect of a sale or a tolling arrangement in the foreseeable future. The report uses extremely conservative assumptions and the resource is still there, it hasn't disappeared. The weakness in the sell scenario is that realistically there is only one major suitor, but there are other options available. My reading of the report lead me to top up today. I hope that my optimism is not misplaced.
