If it is NST buying we will know fairly soon as I think they hold just under 5%. At 5% they will have to lodge a Form 603.
Elsewhere, I think a couple of matters are causing confusion.
First, today's MRE was for a small corner or a very large holding.
Second, only a small part of the $s spent on drilling was done in Wallbrook's 'corner'; and more on the rest of the tenement, where quite a few holes have also hit gold.
Third, to produce a compliant MRE or, a compliant JORC resource, the drilling has to be close spaced for gold. I am assuming that even in Wallbrook's corner there just weren't enough holes. Needless to say, the rest of the 1,600 metres+ they have been talking about, have had far far fewer holes drilled. Ergo, the rest of the holding can't even be considered at this time. The problem for exploration companies is if they get a bit too enthusiastic, they can get their butt kicked. Or, if they eventually have a serious upgrade to report, again either another butt kicking, or ditsy accusations along the line of giving mates a chance to buy a bargain. I was surprised at the high cut-off grade, but, solely my opinion, that might save butts being kicked and I don't blame them for that. It has all been stated clearly for all to read, bothering to understand is another issue.
Forth, it is quite feasible for the Wallbrook 'corner' to be excised and dealt with separately.

As the natives here have been carrying on a lot about a 'missed deadline', which as far as I can tell was indicative only, I could see management just addressing what they currently can and then moving to some further in-fill drilling, which may be quite minimal when compared to the total drilled to date.
