There is a lot that is not good in this ann. Instead of detailing all the issues I will cut to the chase.
IMO the company is not at all committed to this project and they haven't been for some time.
They are keeping their powder dry with a relatively small cash flow in the last quarter so they have ample cash to lightly explore their other projects and then settle on one as their new focus. Several have a high potential
NXM can do this without needing to raise cash this year.
With this shift the future of the company is be very positive.
