My interpretation of the announcement is nothing much has changed in regards to an upcoming CR.
This announcement has not been accepted well by the Market.
By winding costs back next quarter it gives NXM an extra month or 2 Tops (IMO) to get all drilling results that hopefully boost the share price and time to drum up interest from Sophisticated investors who may be more hesitant this time due to the poor performance of NXM’s share price over the last 6 months.
Its highly likely now the upcoming CR will take before the end of the next Quarter / Sept?
We’ll do well to beat the previous CR raise price of $0.46?
I’m sticking with 70 Million new shares being issued in accordance with % limits / corporate guidelines that need to be approved by shareholders.
