Far from NST acquiring NXM down the track, there is potential imo, for NXM to acquire NST's mine and ground in the area, with NST being a major shareholder in the enlarged NXM.

NST has larger projects to focus on and could let Andy take care of Carosue Dam Project and combine the ground around there. NXM could be a major player in the area with potentially a 7moz gold endowment once they release an initial MRE. It would still give NST exposure to the area as a major NXM shareholder, but allow them to focus on their main projects.

I know most people think it's just a matter of time before NST make an offer for NXM, but maybe there is an alternative to the obvious here.
