To be fair, I don't think that was what he said / meant.

Andy's comment was that shareholders had approached him who had got in at 10cents (in early 2021) and were thanking him for a "3 bagger" (at 30cents) and that he was keen to "make it a ten bagger" for them by this time next year. I think he meant taking it to $1 a share, not $3 a share, by April / May 2023 (although wouldn't we all love if it was a Disallowed from here).
