Yeh, just like anyone who is the ultimate beneficiary owner of STX shares, regardless of how many are owned in disparate different nominee accounts / Company names / Brokers accounts all designed to obfuscate who owns what - if its MORE than 5% it has to be disclosed, otherwise its breaking the LAW.
