Previous posts between JL and myself were exclusively about Rule 3.1 and a flow chart relating to that Rule presented by JL. So you come in pulling examples from another Rule, 3.1A. No wonder you continually get yourself in a muddle.
I think we've exhausted reasonable argument at this point.
