1- Australia's company tax rate is 30% 2 - It is not usual to apportion any overheads to the peaker project, because those overheads will be incurred by the company even without this project. 3 - SL, but there is little impact on the NPV to use accelerated depn. 4 - An investor cannot receive franking credits unless Strike has first paid company tax. That is why the DCF should be done on an after tax basis. 5 - Taking tax off is the correct way to do a DCF analysis. I can't follow the rest of your questions...
