And to think, I was just about to post a new thread 'who's manning the propaganda desk at the moment?'....but question answered

what time did Goebbels clock off? I hope he (spocky) left some gewurztraminer for you....although you appear to be well past that. Maybe some schnapps to wash down ze strudel whilst you pen another masterpiece....hopefully not wired to the desk by ze Fuhrer himself?

just so you can get with the program... I'll attribute your oversight to fatigue rather than any other cause.

firstly, it's not 'their AGM'. For g*d's sake RR2....the exec are accountable to the board, and the BoD to shareholders. The company not only has a fiduciary duty to conduct an AGM, but under Corporations Act 2001 must ensure appropriate disclosure.

It's not 'their own AGM'... it's yours. It's mine.

Do you somehow think that an AGM is a love-in for Dorothy Dixers only? Can you be serious? It's an opportunity and a right for shareholders to ask questions without notice.

the fact is, Mayne and co are some of the best corporate governance types getting around. They're seasoned pros at this. It's not personal . They'll hang Qantas, MIN or dogs bollocks and co with equal enthusiasm if they feel it justified.

you, as a shareholder, would be wise to observe their questions, observe the STX non response, and question why.

So the BoD was livid? Did they telegram that to you earlier or were you present in the bunker whilst spockie was manning the desk? I'm pleased to think that they may be livid....now they might empathise with we SH,

what right does any BoD have to be livid about what questions are asked at an AGM? What were they expecting, knickers thrown at the stage and 3 rounds of encores?

I'm also perplexed at what you mean by pointed and iffy questions. Do you mean questions for which they felt the answers might be perceived as negative, and therefore aversion is the best tactic?

and as for the all important response you refer to...well, the market clearly didn't give a rat's toss.

i'd encourage you to stop playing the sycophant and start doing what reasonable SH do..... Demanding appropriate governance and management. A compelling but stable vision and a well defined strategy and a set of corporate objectives, with clear measures of success.

its your money on the line....need I remind you of that? Why don't you start acting like that?

any chance you can open a secure line out to ze bunker and get clarity on when Walyering debottlenecking will have completed? When does production move to nameplate, and when does nameplate extend to 40? These are the questions we should all want to know, because once production increases by 50%, the new connector is in place and wet ink lands on new GSA ....the step change in revenue might even fund a 5% SBB. That, coupled with a 10 to 1 consolidation would do wonders for the share price.

else I see 2 or 3 seats with new names by next AGM.
