I don't disagree with you.
Overall performance is a PASS - successful delivery of sales gas to market, via a newly built gas facility, over time, over budget, with no serious accidents/incidents/injuries.
That performance is OK. Not GOOD, or GREAT, but certainly a passing grade. I can handle a less than perfect performance, but not the sycophants pretending everything is perfect.
Perfect is possible, but this ain't it, and you can't get there without an enormous supply of humility.
