Get onto a platform on line which shows the "Course of Sales " for STX during the day's trading on the ASX. See how many transactions are for tiny amounts of shares and how many, if in slightly larger numbers, are in identical or nearly identical numbers. Swapping shares in a millisecond. These are not shorters. These are manipulators at work creating a false impression of a market price. Then some luckless shareholder bails out and you see a substantial, genuine, sale going through. Those shares go into a growing stockpile (pun intended) available to any would-be takeover predator.
