I have tried to check up on what you have said. After some concentrated effort, I gave up and came away with my head shaking. If you got further than this then I have to hand it to you. You are a better man than I am.

The best I could do was to locate the construction environment plan summary prepared by JBS&G dated 12 June Logically, I assume that JBS&G are the experts and were engaged by Strike to prepare this plan.

On reading through this document I immediately came across this is Revision 6. What the hell? Does it take the experts six goes to get something right? I tried to find the submission dates of the various revisions but couldn't.
I expect the original document was submitted sometime in 2022. You may know.

I next found that the proposal was being assessed on 21 July. Another "what the hell". The experts, whose income depends on them being experts, took more than a month to pass their document on. Iridescent duck shit.

May I suggest that Strike has had to battle through mountains of red tape to get Walyering up and running? That SN was making, in his view, reasonable estimates of how long everything would take. In the end, realising that making a reasonable estimate was not possible, he gave up and went quiet.

May I also suggest that in order to cut down on the amount of red tape Strike was proactive in applying for and receiving Lead Agency Service (STX ASX 09/06/2023)
