Sorry you are right 3.4pj over 2yrs I got mixed up.From memory the debottlenecking could get us to around 38tj/d which is what the safety plan covers.
I don't think there would be huge capex involved in upgrading the facility and connect W7 to achieve 40-50tj/d, would just take time.
