Generally you design for a 10% margin to the facility, so I'd expect the max capacity to be around 36 TJ/d.
Any flowrates higher than that will lead to degradation of equipment, piping, valves, etc.
The reserve base isn't large enough to justify another production train so it's all about plant optimisation to increase production.
