Their sell recommendation is likely based off a stop loss principle for a stock correction and staying low without a bounce sustaining the bounce price over days per weeks.
If not that, perhaps they're trying to get out of the fossil fuel space which STX is considered as until Haber is up and running. Or when we reach scope 2 neutral emissions.
