everyone who has been involved in construction work knows timelines tend to blow out. Its the nature of the beast.
SH should be focused more on them getting the work done properly, no shortcuts and if theres any re-work required, they do it now. Another few months onto the timeline is nothing compared to an operating mishap arising from rushed construction to save face and temper spectator expectations.
