You can be sure it is underpaid. No dilution for STX, an asset backed, income earning add on, nothing for STX holders to see here aside from cash flow SOONER. As a holder of both I am comfortable with whatever happens with the PB assets.
The question is what happens with TPDs Mongolian asset and how TPD holders gain positive exposure to that after the investment they have made to date, including the cash on hand.
