TBH it's the only plausible explanation, that Stu was/is worried about 3rd parties so he went early on the production date as some type of defence mechanism. In this particular instance, I think he set out to over promise. Be in no doubt, he knew that his dates were not achievable, it's impossible for him not to have known. I posted about it at the time, man who post selfie next to solar panel wished he could post selfie next to gas plant.
