Hello Mr Wilson, can you please explain why this value accreditive to existing WAM shareholders if we are buying these assets at NTA plus giving them options?
I actually liked this company when it was lean and mean. It could take meaningful positions in the arbitrage opportunities without being to overcommitted in terms of liquidity.
Perhaps the only consolation is that we are getting the dividend.
