The astonishing part of this deal is that PRV assets are a group of blue chip companys BHP, banks etc.

This make no sense at all to existing shareholders as new shareholders are arriving that don't understand the philosophies of the WAM style.

For a considerable period of time they may put some selling pressure on WAM stock and encourage a discount to our NTA.

I really hope that PRV shareholder just take the cash and run - still a pointless exercise in terms of value to me.
