What are the capital loss tax implications of the WAM offer? I.e. if I sold my AYS shares now I would incur a capital loss. If I don't and go through with the WAM offer I receive WAM shares....is that considered a capital loss event? Or is it carried on and would I only incur that loss when I sold my WAM shares?
