I fail to see any benefit to WAM capital holders. The claimed benefits of discount to NTA on a 12% holding is a joke.No mention of the offset of buying 88% of the NTA at a premium.And given the "illogical investment strategy", sounds like most that NTA will be rubbish.The only staekholders who will gain here are the CIE holders via the unit price gain they just got on the offer and of course WAM owners who get increased management fees on increased funds under management.Most the WAM funds are aggressively chasing takeovers right now. Greedy management lining their own pockets at the cost of NTA backing to unitholders.
