I have an estimated calculation of pre-tax NTA for WGB @ 28th June of between 2.70 and 2.75 so the approx 20c discount is to current date.
I didn't see any benefits for wgb shareholders on excess franking credits or other within TGG to offer the discount but obviously difficult to know as we don't have access to the full discussion and information to see how the deal is breakeven at minimum for holders.
