Hippo, no I don’t think so. Not sure but if AYS “closes shop” then your agreement would be with AYS. So if you did not sign the “agreement” with WAM, then I would think that the default option would be a residual cash offer refund to you. If you did sign your shares over to WAM, that In Effect would be a contractural agreement btw you and WAM. If you did not, then you would go to the default option with AYS.
