Yes and no when you say "I noticed they were selling down which seemed at odds with their statement that they were going to accept the WAM bid " Yes when supporting the WAM offer but left it open when they stated " in the absence of a superior proposal". Accepting $0.74 on market now instead of $0.70 under WAM would be superior (to them). Would have thought that the script alternative was never an option for them. What it now means is that more shareholders are going to accept the script deal as why would you pay $0.74 and only receive $0.70 cash, for those shares purchased in recent days.
