    The WAM offer hasn't even been scheduled to be voted on yet. The current vote is for the sale to Optus and the distribution of AYS assets. If you buy AYS shares now and assuming the vote approves the sale to Optus then in due course the WAM offer will be voted on and the shares you buy today would be eligible to be converted into WAM shares.
