I have never understood why anyone would buy ARG and AFI. After all, they are both just glorified index trackers.
Their fees structures are reasonable, but doesn't change the fact you can pay half with an ETF from Vanguard or Betashares... etc.
The closed structure just adds another variable, which increasingly leaves the investor trapped by large discounts.
