What is real obvious to me, is that the only people making money in this company, is the Board of Directors and the Lawyers which are kept extremely busy at all times in giving advice to the Board Members.
And rest assured that Corporate Lawyers doesn't come cheap at all, more like the old saying of charging like wounded bulls, nor do they offer any discounts for their services to Corporations either.
