Having worked in IT as a teenager at an ISP service desk you really need to know how far out of reach entering into a modem router is and tinkering with this stuff for 99.9% of the population... I totally agree with you though in concept.

FZO and similar companies have proven if you can execute a plan, market well, and deliver on time the product will sell itself. It is now a well established $100M+ company so simply their way of doing things is working and WGL's is not.

Here is hoping WGL can sort their sht out next month.
