It seems the subscription model for an app with a niche market eg Family Insights along with in app advertising will be the key driver off app development over the coming years.
imo Family Insights could possibly have a lower price entry point for an annual subscription. This would facilitate a greater uptake of subscriptions and in turn attract advertisers - for which they have made provision.
Providing a dual income source.
It would appear from the recent report that they have now structured the app to cater for such developments.
The benefit of the product is that it will now have access to families and potential advertisers in the global market. Facebook advertising gives entry to the worldwide market and Family Insights does seem to be consist with its quality and output of its posts. So this structure is already functioning efficiently.
The package is now coming together.
