Spudkai........One of my concerns is that I have concerns about management's handling of issues. One would have expected that the Co management team in it's Due diligence through out this ordeal would/should have tried to obtain senior legal counsel advice as to whether they were in fact a carriage service provider bound by the Australian legislation.......I think at the end of this saga it may still come about that WGL was not a carrier in the first place and was not bound by the legislation ... Wouldn't that top things off !!!!!!
