It's not at all acceptable for the company to be in a halt because they don't have an app on the app store, given this was exactly the position when they listed and for the first few months.
Yes a halt to put out an announcement that they are pulling the app for x reasons and let the market digest it, and will work on the app and approvals, but this long suspension is unwarranted imho
The only difference between initial listings is the number of missteps between then and now.
