Based on WGL history, I'd say management has failed the share holders even though they've given it their best effort - except all of these people have other companies so I'd suggest this is only a spec for them as well as for us - except their holding have cost them almost nothing.
Given that, we can hope for an eventual success , perhaps even this coming announcement, but future fails are almost guaranteed if management isn't hungry enough.
I'm thinking 2 cents/share a month from now.
