As I said it's my belief that gaining the required CAC supporting documentation then submitting and having Apple approve the app within a few days of the Xmas/NY shut is optimistic, also without the approval I believe it's optimistic that the ASX would approve the lifting of a suspension without the underlying cause fully resolved. Therefore while management are targeting recommencement of trade this week there is no guarantee that factors outside of their control would not prevent them from delivering.
