Thanks for clarifying the obvious.
Wangle if it does as claimed will provide a competitive advantage to the telcos who embrace it allowing them to do the same data transfer at a faster rate with lower data use without increasing infrastructure. That's what I mean about competition...
Those that embrace will power ahead of those that don't... If it works.
