Agree with you in all you said, maybe I put it a little to simplistically. The App and all it entails, actual interface plus functionality, plus reported data savings and speeds, plus the unseen like encryption, is what people experience when they use it. No matter how good a product is if it's user interaction is poor then it will struggle to take market share and get flogged to death by shameless haters on the WWW. Even if data savings and speed was there but actually using it or setup or getting a connection was absolutely shite then it would struggle. Just re read some of the crap posted during inital trial period on very first limited release even though we knew it was a trial release with anticipated bugs. Hence I am encouraged with the initial "App" (meaning app interface, data saving and speed, the lot) feedback scores. Good app+good product+good feedback = good revenue.
