On the contrary, Skittles. I consider my take on the name as constructive criticism as when I first saw the name I thought - gees, that better be a working (Beta) title only.
Hope I'm right and they are just putting the name out there to gauge initial reaction. Doesn't matter if it's trademarked already, working titles can always be buried if market testing responds negatively to a name.
Love the product, not the name.
