Fair enough, donteatme, but just because a domain name is taken doesn't mean it's in use or unavailable. Often it's owned and parked by canny web entrepreneurs who just seek to profit from it. That's business.
For example, virtuapp.com is taken but it's not an active site. Say it's listed for $10k or more. Doesn't matter. NexGen should simply buy it, or any other suitable domain for sale. That's normal capex.
