    From the announcement:

    "A formal Asset Sale Agreement is anticipated to be finalised between CSD and SPM in the near future and it is intended that following shareholder approval at the upcoming EGM (anticipated December 2014) ..."

    So now we can see the light at the end of the endless wait.

    All seems quite positive to me. No problems seem to be flagged. Fingers crossed.
