Because I believed that the Waratah train issue was the only thing holding the SP down from high 5s - low 6s , especially with all of the other work they have picked up , and the original ann in Dec seemed to indicate (to me anyway) that the trains were pretty much under control , with the delay on the first train payments were more than covered in the 190m provision.
The trading halt notice seems to indicate that it is now a lot worse than that.
