You never know. Maybe we are being unjustifiably hard on Downer. It could be political? The trading halt has given the coalition an opportunity to harass the government over the Sydney transport fiasco. It seems a bit suspect that the NSW election is on the 26th of March and the first trains will be ready a week or two later! (Maybe for Downer its better to look after the interests of the next gov and forget about the old one.) If that's the case this could be a good buying opportunity?
