    I would be fairly confident that it will happen next week (Monday 18 onwards).

    Originally they had said 6-8 weeks suspesions (from memory) and then they bought forward the date (Monday 18th).

    So I would assume that they are fairly confident everything will be inplace for an announcement by then.
