Highly likely. They use Pershing.
It's an organised sell too. 350,000 to 500,000 at a time. They have sold net 7m recently. I'll do some more homework and go back as far as possible and see how long Pershing have been selling for and how many shares. Hopefully they are close to running out of shares to sell.
