If the ASX was as dodgy is the Nasdaq is they could simply, after the fact: attach one free option to every 24c share purchased to bring the average down to 12c. Instead of paying 24c for one share they pay 24c and get two. That is what Mobilicom did. But I think the ASX is better regulated on that front.
