They also had to incur the last $3.5m of expenditure for the plant prior to first gold pour in the June quarter (see March quarterly announcement on 28/4/22).
No need to worry about whether this is profitable - it’s gonna be. It’s all coming together with the plant being able to run above nameplate (as expected) and mining by McMahon’s set to increase now that they will pull their people from Dacian’s Mt Morgan operation which has ceased mining.
