I'm certainly no expert but i have nothing but respect for the STX technical team and they've already counted the gas at WE-3 (northern part of WE) in their numbers + RISC (who are very conservative) and the 2 D's have put that 65% CoS on it (as you say).
I'm expecting the JV to hit it out of the park and WE-4 which is twinning WE-2 to hit an Australian record flow rate with the bigger tubing in place....success and similar flows at WE-3 to WE-2 would just be the icing on the cake.
The next 9 months or so can't come quick enough (and no my missus isn't pregnant) with i'm hoping the completed 3D seismic showing more drilling targets on our JV block.
