I'm still not sure why anyone that was contemplating a 'yes' to the Beach offer would be still holding, given the millions of shares on the bid side above the offer.

I can understand people still holding voting no, like me, but realistically even the esteemed leaders here should be selling on market if they really thought the Beach offer 'fair'. The mere fact they are not selling on market tells everyone they are not genuine in their comments about supporting the Beach offer..
