Even though the STX offer is a script offer, does the current SP for STX mean that we'd be essentially getting 0.775 X 0.28 = 21.7c which is 1.7c per share better off than the Beach cash offer? So when they say 'in the absence of a superior offer's wouldn't the above calculation suggest STX is a superior offer?
