    But doesn't the way they are doing this by a scheme mean only 70% of the vote is required?

    Sorry, I know I am normally a sarcastic smartarse, but this time I am genuinely asking and concerned. With the votes the dogs at the top hold, this could get across very easily as far as I understand it. The STX portion will not be able to stop it. Is that correct?
